David Segerdahl

David has worked in the Real Estate industry since 2010, helping successfully raise 86 Million for the Solaris Residences project in Vail Colorado and has to date, helped facilitate the gross sale of $66.6 Million in the building. Moving to the Vail Valley in 2013, David started his own property management company called Elevation Resort Management LLC, (ERM) focused on providing short and long-term vacation rental management to owners in the valley. To date, David has booked $31 MM in gross short and long-term bookings and continues to operate ERM between Milwaukee and Vail Colorado. David joined the Stockton Group (Compass) and holds his license in Colorado and Wisconsin. In 2021, David moved his family from Vail back to Milwaukee to not only be closer to family but have his kids grow up in the place he truly loves. David is excited to join Meg Wright and Kyle Davis helping provide the industry’s best Real Estate expertise to South Eastern Wisconsin.
